Car had tons of dirt, dust, crusty mud, and LOTS of dog hair from two huskies. I went directly to the shop - they have a dog friendly waiting room. They could use a few more amenities in the waiting room, like water (small bottles or a cooler). Anthony did an amazing job getting the hair out of the vents, all the crevasses, the door jams, and everywhere else. No streaks on the windshield or any of the other glass. Every nook and cranny is clean. The cleaning agents they use didn't give me any allergic reaction or headache, which sometimes happens to me with general cleaning chemicals. They use higher quality agents - no film residue left behind or bad "chemical" smell. I highly recommend these folks - worth every penny!
