 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I paid approximately $400 for a professional detailing service on two vehicles and was very disappointed with the finished result.

This is not about expecting every scratch, oxidation mark, or deeper paint imperfection to be removed. I understand that certain imperfections may require additional paint correction. My concern is the overall quality of the work and the fact that basic areas of the vehicles appeared to have been missed.

One particularly telling example was the roof of one of the vehicles. After the vehicles were completed, I noticed that the roof had essentially not been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the technician, his response was, “I think I cleaned it.” Given the condition of the roof, I found that response very concerning.

More broadly, the vehicles did not have the finished appearance I would reasonably expect from a $400 professional detailing service. The work appeared rushed, and there were areas that had not been properly addressed.

I contacted the company and made several attempts to resolve the issue directly. I requested a $200 partial refund as a reasonable compromise rather than asking them to redo the vehicles. They initially offered $50, then increased the offer to $100, but declined to provide the $200 refund.

They offered free future washes and a discount on additional services, but after this experience I no longer have confidence in the workmanship and do not want to bring the vehicles back.

I would have preferred to resolve this directly with the company, but we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution. I am sharing my experience so potential customers can make an informed decision.

For having my car detailed for the first time (other than the usual self cleaning) since I had my car in over 13 years, I think it was great. My technician was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. The staff there was great, if you were lounging in the waiting area, they will check up on you and make sure you’re comfortable.
